2. Scope of Service
We provide website design and development services based on the design selected by the client at the time of booking. Pricing includes domain registration, hosting, and website design setup.
3. Booking & Payments
- Work begins only after receiving the booking amount.
- Design once selected cannot be changed midway without incurring additional charges.
- All payments are to be made as per agreed timelines.
4. Domain & Hosting
- Domains are purchased and configured on our servers as part of the package.
- If a client chooses to buy their domain later and work starts on a dummy URL, this is considered project initiation.
5. Project Timelines
- Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Delays from the client’s end (content, approvals, payments) will impact timelines.
6. Ownership & Usage
- The final website will be handed over to the client after full payment.
- Until final payment is received, the website remains the property of Think N Code.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services or force majeure events.
- Once the website is handed over, its security and maintenance are the client’s responsibility unless covered under a maintenance plan.
